The Keysight N6761A (Agilent) Precision DC Power Module provides precise control, low noise, and intricate measurements in the milliampere and microampere zones. This unit has the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current, and capture those measurements in an oscilloscope-like data buffer. Option 2UA can be added in order to measure (down to 1 μA) leakage current or sleep-mode current. (Option 2UA is a 200 microampere measurement range available on Agilent N6761A.)
