How do I make a Kelvin Triaxial connection on the B290xA/B291xA when there are only 3 connectors on the N1294A-002 adapter?

Answer

Connect the N1294A-002 Banana - Triax Adapter to the instrument.
 

To make the Kelvin connection, you will need the N1254A-100 GNDU to Kelvin Adapter and connect it to the Low Force/Low Sense connector on the N1294A-002.

CAUTION: Please be aware of the following limitations.

N1254A-100 is designed for B1500/E5260/E5270 GNDU and has a maximum Low Force current rating of 4.2A.

The GNDU cable -  p/n 16493L-001/002 - has a maximum current rating of 4.2A

The triaxial cables available for the B29xxA series - p/n 16494A-001/002/003/004/005 - have a maximum current rating of 1A. 

Do not exceed the 1A maximum current rating of the triaxial cables.
