RENT KEYSIGHT N1265A
The Keysight N1265A Ultra High Current Expander Unit (UHCU) works in conjuction with the Keysight B1505A Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer. The N1265A UHCU supports breakdown measurements up to 1500A/ 60 V (Pulsed), 22.5 kW peak power or ±500A / 60 V (Pulsed), 7.5 kW peak power, depending on the combination of SMU's used. This ultra high current range capability provides state of the art accuracy, lexibility and ease-of-use for characterizing high power devices such as IGBTs. The N1265A must be used with a B1505A that has been configured with either a B1514A MCSMU OR a B1512A HCSMU.
